Life/Retired Members

Requirements of applicants for Life Membership:

1. Applicant must have been an Active Member of the Study Club for twenty-five consecutive years, and has attained the age of sixty-five years.
2. Applicant must submit a written application to the Membership Committee before the September Meeting.

Requirements of applicants for Retired Membership:

1. Applicant must have been an Active Member of the Study Club for ten consecutive years, and has either attained the age of sixty-five years or is retired from either the active practice of dentistry or teaching.
2. Applicant must submit a written application to the Membership Committee before the September meeting.
