The “Membership Roster” is compiled by the Edgar D. Coolidge Endodontic Study Club as a reference source of information on individual members. You may use the “Membership Roster” for individual, personal and confidential reference purposes only.

The “Membership Roster” and/or any of its data, listings or other constituent elements may not be downloaded, re-published, re-sold or duplicated, in whole or in part, for commercial or any other purposes, including compiling mailing lists.

You may proceed to the “Membership Roster” only if you accept all the terms and conditions listed above.
