E.D. Coolidge Study Club
2010 Off-Shore Meeting Information
We are pleased to announce the Coolidge Club Off-Shore Winter Retreat will be held in Tortola, British Virgin Islands next year.
Our meeting hotel will be the Sugar Mill Plantation Hotel. The Sugar Mill is a quaint, small Caribbean Hotel. Sugar Mill’s private beach is situated across the country road from the Hotel. Sugar Mill Plantation continues to win accolades as a small Caribbean hotel, as well as for service and its restaurants. It is truly unique to Tortola. Tortola is part of the British Virgin Islands. It can be reached by flying directly into Tortola, Beef Island Airport (via San Juan) or by flying into St. Thomas, USVI and catching a ferry from Charlotte Amalie (check ferry times for the latest ferry.)
The seminar dates for 2010 are January 27th through the 31st. A planning meeting is scheduled for Wednesday evening and first meeting is planned for the morning of the 28th. This meeting will qualify for C.E. Credit hours. The resort has a convenient and comfortable place for us to have our meetings.

Double: $340 per night
(This rate includes room, government tax and service charge per day.)
All rooms are available with either 1 King or 2 twin bed, whichever you prefer.
MAP is available for $85 per person per day and subject to 10% Service Charge. (Subject to Change prior to next January)
